A set of quantifiable measures that a company or industry uses to gauge or compare performance in terms of meeting their strategic and operational goals. KPIs vary between companies and industries, depending on their priorities or performance criteria.

The process obviously requires discussion and consensus among the management team, it also requires business knowledge and certainty in the allocation of adequate control metrics, allowing appropriate assignment of responsibilities, early detection of deviations and the risk of not meeting the assigned mission. The method is simple and allows flexibility in the design of functional metrics.

For each functional meter metric we can determine objective values, which we believe, will allow fulfilling the objective considered for each key metric. Obviously in each organization these metrics will be unique based on the current priorities of the organization.
